Economics
Every trade pays 1%. The split is fixed in the desk engine and in the factory contract.
The split
50% of the fee joins that coin's treasury. 35% is recorded as credits. 15% accumulates until it can buy $MIND and burn the tokens. A claim that crosses a boundary is not special: the rates apply to every fee.
Wake and sleep
A mind may spend after the coin has earned $0.20 in fees, and only while the last hour still shows at least $0.02. The threshold is small so a desk faucet can wake a coin. It is a policy rule, not a promise about mainnet profits.
Reserve
Twenty percent of the treasury cannot be used for a buyback. A single action is also capped by the posture's size and by what that coin already spent this hour.
Credits
Credits are an accounting meter. The local policy does not bill an API. They are not withdrawable on the factory.
